Christmas Party at Nanny Patterson's

Emma was able to see Santa at Nanny Patterson's last week. She wasn't quite sure if she liked him, but he did give her a Thomas the Train toy.

Patterson Bank Christmas Lights

Emma and I went to the Patterson Bank Christmas light display. She loved it so much. The pictures are a bit blurry as they are taken with my camera phone. She was able to ride the train over and over.


She has learned to say "Ho, ho, ho, Merry Christmas!" We took her to see Santa, but she really didn't want to get too close. I can't wait to see her open her Christmas gifts.

Each day Halloween week, Emma gets to wear something fun to school.

Hunting Season 2008

The great white hunter now has a little hunting buddy. Layton and Emma often search for deer and other wild game. We got Emma her Georgia Lifetime Hunting/Fishing License for her birthday. Before long, I think she will be getting a pink cap gun.

We took Emma to her 18 month well baby visit yesterday (08/26/08) and she is doing great! She is weighing in at 21 lbs. 11 oz. She is 33 1/2 inches tall. I can't believe how big she is getting. In the below picture she is getting ready for picture day at Nanny Patterson's. Neither of us are quiet awake yet.

Amelia Island Trip

We went to Amelia Island with Grandma Blanche and Pa C.W.

It was so much fun. Emma loved the sand.

New House

We have finally gotten settled into our new home.

We all love it. Emma has her very own toy room.

4th of July

We spent the 4th of July with Grammie and Popie Anderson. Emma had a great time swimming, eating blueberries, and playing with the puppies.

Birthday Girl

We had Emma's birthday party at Mikey's Pizza. There were about 30 people there to celebrate our girl's first birthday.

The New House

This house has been a long time coming, but there is not too much time left to wait now. We are really proud of our new home.

Flag Girl

We are getting ready to move in our new house. Emma will have much more room to run wild and play with all her toys. She is such a big girl now. Her she is playing with a flag from the construction.
